We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer. If your package gets returned to sender or we need to reship your package for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for a $3 reshipment fee
