Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by Vanguard Soul within 14 days of purchase.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.
We do not accept returns based of "Change of Mind"
REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, Vanguard Soul will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. Vanguard Soul will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Vanguard Soul. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In a case of a missing package on international orders we will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at 8145 Adele Drive, Helena Montana, 59602 United States.
You will then receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
